	Will I see an artwork proof before the cards are printed to ensure my instructions have been understood? Yes. A paper proof will be posted, faxed or e-mailed to you for approval. This must be signed and returned to confirm that it is correct so that your order can be printed.
	What if I don’t like the design or a mistake has been made on the proof? No problem. We will alter the proof as many times as necessary, until you are completely satisfied. Only then will we proceed in printing your cards.
	What if I have my own design in mind? We are more than happy to accept your own design. We can accept your artwork either on computer disc or by e-mail. Please see our artwork page for software compatibility.
	Do you have an express service? Yes. Our standard terms are 14 days from artwork approval and receipt of payment. However, we also offer an express service if your order is required within 7 days at a surcharge of 30%.
	Is a deposit required? Yes. A deposit is required upon placing your order and is non refundable in the event of you cancelling your order.
	When is the balance of payment due? Once you have approved your artwork proof, we require the balance of payment in order that we can proceed with completing your order.
	Do you have a minimum order? Yes. Our minimum order is 200 for spot colour cards & 50 for full colour cards.
	How do I request a free sample pack? Just telephone or email us, or fill in the request form, and we will send one to you. If you are interested in a particular card or print colour please let us know.
	What does the sample pack contain? An order form, full price list, a variety of sample cards and current special offers.
	How will I receive my order? For mainland UK deliveries we use a guaranteed parcel delivery service which operates Monday to Friday. Saturday deliveries can be arranged, please telephone for details and costs.
